The AutoSmart M4 is a micro IRt/c.4 sensor connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class. This makes it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. This model has a narrow field of view of 14° to measure targets at larger distances. Suitable for temperatures above 100°C (212°F), it is popular in drying applications and process automation. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The AutoSmart M4 features:
The AutoSmart M is a micro IRt/c sensor connected to our AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class. This makes it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. As a result of its small size, it is capable of measuring small spots (3mm diameter). Used in various applications, including medical equipment, printing applications and robotics. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The AutoSmart 10 is the IRt/c.10 connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.10 is our biggest precalibrated model, designed for enduring reliability under challenging conditions. With the 10:1 FOV, it can be placed at a larger distance, for example when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Application uses include oil and gas or chemical industries, laundry drying equipment, paint drying.
The AutoSmart IR is the IRt/c connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c is one of the most widely used models. It combines various features such as small size, ease-of-use and robustness. It has a huge install base with proved track record of reliability and accuracy. The stainless steel housing with shielded cable allow use in noisy areas. It has a broad range of applications, such as printing, drying, robotics, process automation and plastics. It also comes in a side view (SV) model.
