The AutoSmart 3X is the IRt/c.3X connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.3X is one of our most popular sensors. It has a specialized detector with high sensitivity, operating across a broad temperature range up to 250°C. Target measurement is possible as low as-30°C, in environments as cold as -50°C. With its built-in airpurge it can be used in harsh environments and has a proven track record in challenging applications. Examples are: heavy industry, oil and gas, mining, transport, drying and curing.
The AutoSmart 3X features:
The AutoSmart 5 is the IRt/c.5 connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.5 is one of our larger models, designed for consistent reliability under challenging conditions. With the 5:1 FOV it can be placed at a larger distance, ideal when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Uses include oil and gas applications (since the sensor is intrinsically safe when used with barrier), calender measurement, the transport sector, laundry equipment.
The AutoSmart M4 is a micro IRt/c.4 sensor connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class. This makes it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. This model has a narrow field of view of 14° to measure targets at larger distances. Suitable for temperatures above 100°C (212°F), it is popular in drying applications and process automation. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The AutoSmart 10 is the IRt/c.10 connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.10 is our biggest precalibrated model, designed for enduring reliability under challenging conditions. With the 10:1 FOV, it can be placed at a larger distance, for example when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Application uses include oil and gas or chemical industries, laundry drying equipment, paint drying.
