The Micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class, making it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. As a result of its small size, it is capable of measuring small spots (3mm diameter). It is used in various applications, including medical equipment, printing applications and robotics. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The Micro IRt/cfeatures:
The IRt/c.01HB is a special version of the IRt/c.01. The HB stands for Heat Balance, allowing the sensor to be custom calibrated to measure fluid non-invasively through a tube or cartridge. A special clip is available to mount a medical grade 3/8"OD (9.5mm) tube on the sensor. Application use cases are mostly medical, and can also be used in cooling processes as well as the chemical industry.
The IRt/c.3SV is the side view model of the IRt/c.3X, one of our most popular models. Strong design with built-in airpurge make it very robust for use in challenging, hard-to-reach places. It is highly accurate and reliable, even in challenging applications with high ambient temperatures and dust. Examples of applications include moisture measurement in paper mills, laundry drying, IR drying processes.
The Micro IRt/c.4SV is a unique sensor with some very specific advantages. As well as its very small size, it has a right-angle measurement for use in confined spaces, built-in airpurge for cooling and cleaning, and a very small spot. This model has a narrow field of view of 14° to measure targets at larger distances. Suitable for temperatures of above 200°C (392°F), the micro IRt/c.4SV is popular in applications in medical and mining. Mounting brackets are available as accessories.
