The Micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class, making it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. As a result of its small size, it is capable of measuring small spots (3mm diameter). It is used in various applications, including medical equipment, printing applications and robotics. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The Micro IRt/cfeatures:
The Micro IRt/c.4SV is a unique sensor with some very specific advantages. As well as its very small size, it has a right-angle measurement for use in confined spaces, built-in airpurge for cooling and cleaning, and a very small spot. This model has a narrow field of view of 14° to measure targets at larger distances. Suitable for temperatures of above 200°C (392°F), the micro IRt/c.4SV is popular in applications in medical and mining. Mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The IRt/c is one of our most widely used sensor models, with popular features including small size, ease-of-use and robustness, as well as a stainless steel housing with shielded cable which enable use in noisy areas. Its proven track record of reliability and accuracy has helped the IRt/c to create a huge installed base. Popular in a broad range of applications, such as printing, drying, robotics, process automation and plastics, this sensor also comes in a side view (SV) model.
The IRt/c.10 is our biggest precalibrated model, designed to remain reliable under challenging conditions. With the 10:1 FOV it can be placed at larger distances, for example when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Uses are: oil and gas or chemical applications (since the sensor is intrinsically safe), laundry drying equipment, paint drying.
